First wash the bhindi and wipe it out with a cloth to dry it then cut it into thin vertical slices.
Take bhindi in a bowl, add coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, asafoetida, salt, lemon juice and gram flour into it. Mix it well.
Heat oil in a kadhai, fry bhindi on medium-high flame till it become crisp. Take it out and serve it.
