Ingredients

  • 500 gms bhindi


  • 2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp dry mango powder


  • 1 tbsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp red chili powder


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp carrom seeds


  • 1/2 tbsp asafoetida


  • 3 tbsp lemon juice


  • 6 tbsp gram flour


  • 2 tsp mustard oil


  • 1 tsp salt as per taste

Directions

  • First wash the bhindi and wipe it out with a cloth to dry it then cut it into thin vertical slices.
  • Take bhindi in a bowl, add coriander powder, dry mango powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, asafoetida, salt, lemon juice and gram flour into it. Mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a kadhai, fry bhindi on medium-high flame till it become crisp. Take it out and serve it.
